STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST

Zero customer service. Never respond with feedback even after promising to. Totally dysfunctional. After 5 weeks of waiting for a fibre order to be installed, and being put the round about with Afrihost staff I was no closer to getting anything approaching a clear answer. All they do is blame OpenServe, even when their own staff have executed actions that have delayed the process. Fair warning to other customers, these guys do not care, they make promises and never honour them, stay away, because if you have any type of problem they will not solve it.
