STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST

I've been with afrihost for the past three weeks and I've experienced very bad internet connection from day one and I'm in an LTE coverage area. I've gone through all their troubleshoot guideline to try and resolve my problem but nothing works. now that I have to cancel I'm gonna be charged R999 cancellation fee for problems that have nothing to do with me. clearly, my area has no coverage even though their website says the is coverage. idd advice people to stay away from these guys.
