Stay away from Afrihost

Been on a call with Afrihost for one week now with no internet , money taken out of my account for a service that doesn't work. They do not have agents who can come to your location so everything must be done on a call. They keep you on hold, phone you back 2-3 hours after the scheduled times. Don't have answers. AND NOW one week later I need to have my router collected because it may be faulty to add to this I NEED TO PAY R100 to have it collected. NOW they are saying I need to speak to MY BANK to change debit order amounts in order for them to collect the faulty device. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF stay away!
