Stay away from Afrihost

I have had terrible support from Afrihost. I have been hosted by this company since 2008 and have never received such bad service. Three phone calls and I could not get transferred to technical. In desperation I went onto their Whatsapp chat. They gave me no help whatsoever and the fact that these supporters are on several chats at once is completely evident – as they are not concentrating, not answering timeously and basically ignoring the whole issue. The answers to my questions were one liners and not even actual answers. No solutions were given except one – which was an IT solution answer - which made no sense to me whatsoever (basically - do it yourself!). This is not a service!! This is worse than dealing with TELKOM. I am completely disgusted, frustrated and do not know what I am paying for!!!! Looking for other hosting companies that actually give me a service for their payment.
