Stay away from Afrihost

To date, I have contacted Afrihost several times about a router delivery. Let’s go on a journey. One of complete disservice with constant apologies and promises of escalation.

I called twice on Thursday to confirm that my router would be delivered on Friday and waited through 2 delays only to receive NO communication as promised.

I took a days leave and still have nothing to show for it except a completely unempathic chat with a completely indifferent chat bot.
