The only thing I have ever received from afrihost was problems.

Charges out of nowhere, debit orders goes off when it feels like it.

No one is trained in their own systems so support is useless. No matter who you talk to it ends up as a brick wall because it ends up not being their department after a while and 6 departments later you are referred to the same one!

If you are lucky the day you get a guy that is clued up and helps otherwhise they dont give a S*#t because it doesn'taffect them, sad thing is afrihost is on the way down so one of these days it will affect them when afrihost closes down. Thowsands of jobs will be lost this year alone just because of poor services like this.

People are fed up! They are going to places who care and want to help!!

So sorry afrihost but I don’t think your doors will be open much longer!

By far the worst company!! We reach our 6 months next month then our cancellation letter will be coming!!!! Soooo looking forward to that!!
