STAY AWAY!!!!!

Worst experience and service provider ever!!!!!!

Order placed for LTE on 19 Feb 2018 (as per email confirmation from Afrihost). Today is 02 March 2018 and I still hjave not received my router and sim-card.

Regardless, Afrihost has put their hands in my bank account and charged me for the router. Their head offices and warehouse are 10 minutes away from me, yet it is th 11th business day and still they have not delivered.

I was on the phone for 15 minutes yesterday and rather then trying to find a solution - the call centre agent insisted that my order was only placed on 27 Feb (even though I have confirmation emails of my order on 19 Feb).

I hane no internet at my new home, my router and simcard still with Afrihost and money taken from me without any service!!!!!!!
