Speeds getting worse

I am so disappointed in Afrihost. At the end of May I was notified that my 25mbps line will be upgraded to a 50mbps line at no additional cost.

I have not once had near 50mbps! In fact I mostly get lower speeds than 25mbps. Support is absolutely useless, since all problems are so called solved by unplugging your black box and router.. And depending on the consultant you speak to it goes from 1minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 30 minutes. This has absolutely no effect.

I am tired of ISP'S taking your money and not delivering!
