speed throttling

you have started to shape my speed which never happen before i could go into client zone and check to see if my Internet service is shaped before i could change but now i have been lock out i can't even change the shaping on my line where it never happen before my has been shape to 25% it take a 6.MB download 45Min to download but i have to pay every month for service that afrihost is suppose to provide right we know that they will come with and excuse that it is their right to shape the speed to crawling speed but as we all know afrhost will tell you that it is the fastest speed you line can handle and that it is telkom fault but what they don't tell is how they plan to ***** you money every month with their lies and cheats of line speed and yet they claim to be the fastest isp what a lie yes afrihost is the fastest in telling lies and blaming everybody like telkom but never themselves for robbing their client of speed and shaping their line to crawling speed my acc is [Email Removed] if you think that i am telling lies like you stop *****ing and give us what you said <br>
