Good day
Afrihost acc# A ********** 0
I would like to express my gratitude to Sophy Kobe at SA Digital Village and to Ayanda Zikhali at Afrihost who worked as a team to resolve and solve for me as a consumer.
I was very upset as our Fiber in our complex was not stable and kept buffering. I have reported this to Afrihost via there What’s app service. Each time they just reset the internet just so that 5 min later we are back to square one. This kept on for 4 weeks and I was frustrated and fed up. In my report and previous complaints I used much more describing words to express myself. I was referred back and forth between Afrihost and SADV each blaming one another. My last call that I made was to SADV and Sophy Kobe answered my call. I explained to her my frustration. Sophy then took the initiative and called Afrihost where by Ayanda Zikhali answered the call. I was then promised that they will investigate between the two companies and that they will revert back. Sophy constantly checked in and gave me feedback. Thank you Sophy for your dedication in assisting me. As I expressed myself to Sophy it is not my responsibility as a consumer to run around between Afrihost and SADV as I am not an expert. Why in the first place there are 2 provider (one the line provider SADV and one the Internet provider Afrihost) still puzzles me.
This complement is for both Sophy Kobe and Ayanda Zikhali thank you for working as a team to assist me. You are both a real asset to your respective companies and my you prosper and be blessed in your
PS: Afrihost the What’s app service is a great initiative, but the technicians who respond are not very much concerned when you are experience difficulties. Al that you get old is they have rested and then end the chat. Then I have to start my story again with an new technicians I even forward them print screens. As a matter of fact I am still furious of the why it was handed in the beginning that it took me more than 4 weeks to get it fixed and I paid R617 for that month to have no internet and getting no joy. I do have evidence of all the effort I had to put in for no joy.
