Sometimes, by keeping quiet, we think a problem just goes away.
Good morning, I am contacting you because I don't see a place where I can send a complaint on your website. I hope that this will be passed on to someone that will take it seriously. On the 15th of August we found that we had no connection so we got in touch with you via Whatsapp and tried to get it sorted out. To cut a very long story short and after many Whatsapp messages and eventually a phone call at approximately 5pm on Friday the 17th it was determined that the router was faulty. It took 3 days to work that out. I was told that the router would be collected so we waited, without wifi, on which we depend for our business, until Dawn Wing eventually found the place. That was the next Wednesday. They took the router and I thought that the router would get to you, you would check it out and then let me know what the problem was. I was told that if it fell under the warranty period that it would be replaced. If not, we would have to pay for a new one. This is the best bit or one of them at least. To this day, the 6th of September, I still have not been contacted by you to inform me what was wrong with the router. Whether it was broken, whether it was replaced, fixed or not faulty at all. Here is another juicy bit. It took Dawn Wing 3 days to find the place, to return the router, where they had picked it up in the first place. How in 2018 is it possible, when you consider that my information is readily available and that you use Dawn Wing on a contract basis and, as such, they should have the info readily available and Google Maps is the easiest app to use, that a COURIER COMPANY gets lost. I was informed last Tuesday morning that the parcel was underway and it was delivered last Friday morning. I spoke to someone from your company just after that, gave her all the details, she said she would get someone to look into it and now it is the next Friday and still nothing. Let me tell you what fascinates me. On Wednesday I asked your company to call me back between 2 and 2:30 and I was sent an sms to tell me that someone would call me between 2 and 2:30 and guess what time they called me? 3:09pm! This morning I get a notice of suspension and in the email it states that on the 5th I was sent a notice of suspension where in fact I got another notice that your services will be terminated. So, will the services be terminated on the 24th of September as per your first termination notification or the notification on the 5th. In other words the termination will now be the 5th of October? Let’s see whether someone gets back to me? Kind regards, Steven Bresler
This is the mail that I sent them yesterday and then edited today. They get 1 star for the actual wifi they provided. I never had an issue with that.
