So fed up with all the stories

In 2019 we pre-ordered a fibre line from Afrihost. We knew the area was still in a role out fase. Then Covid hit. Jump To Jan 2021. Out DSL line is unbearably slow. Complaint after complaint, in Feb I eventually get told we are being throttled and I need to upgrade my account. I'm told to apply for a Pure DSL line. Not covered in our area. After checking time and time again it kept saying fibre is not available here either. Then all of a sudden the same day of all my complaints, we can now order a fibre line. This being 15 Feb 2021. I recieve the email that the order is placed. Thursday 18 Feb I call to find out how long it will take to get confirmation of installation. Then I'm told the order has been cancelled due to not having fibre in our area. In the meantime, Vox has been calling me for WEEKS to sign up with them for fibre. I kept saying no, as I wanted to stay with Afrihost. So after being totally messed around by Afrihost, telling me the order has been placed, and then cancelling it again, I end up going onto my Clientzone and there the fibre order is sitting, telling me an installation is required. I cancelled this order myself now as I signed up with Vox. And you better not charge me 1 ****** cent for this cancellation. After more than 10 years of using your services, I've now had enough. From not being able to even open up an email due to no speed, and then this back and forth with the fibre, it's time to say goodbye. My DSL line will be cancelled in March as well in time for my new fibre line from Vox. All I wanted was the speed and service we order. But not even that could be offered. Enough is enough now.
