So disappointed in AFRIHOST!

I moved apartments and asked Afrihost to cancel my old line and make a new request with SADV for fiber to be installed in my new unit which is in the same estate. Afrihost confirmed telephonically via consultant that the order had been logged but SADV still has not received anything. None of the consultants are giving me a clear answer and I have requested the order number several times and no one will give it to me! I keep being passed on from one consultant to another or just being left on hold. I am so angry!!!
