So disappointed after being a customer for 5 years with Afrihost

Im so disappointed with Afrihost. I have been a customer for 5 years and i decided on the 28th of March to order Fibre and a modem through Afrihost. On the order form it says the modem takes 1-3 working days to be delivered. I am now sitting on day 5 business day and i still do not have a modem. Your one consultant tells me its 3-7 working days.

I was also told by Afrihost that TT connect take a day to install the fibre. I am now being told there are 3-4 different phases which means i have to organise to be at home each time! I cannot take that much time off work. I planned this going off what Afrihost said. I am now at the point where the ONT box needs to be installed and i have no idea when they are coming to do that. One consultant from Afrihost was able to call the TT connect manager and the other Afrihost consultant said no he cant call them and i must call them because i will get a faster answer!!! Afrihost and TT connect need to get their facts straight because both are telling clients 2 different things. I need this fibre to be done by tomorrow and completed, I cannot get hold of TT connect fibre installation department.

In the last 5 years i have never had an issue with Afrihost now it just never ends. I am so fed up with being told different timelines!!!!

Please sort this out.
