So bad it must be a joke

I have purchased a hosting reseller package and have had numerous issues moving domains over. I have been on the line with support every day and at times it seems like they are deliberately trying to misunderstand the query. (it seriously feels like its a prank it is that bad)

Sent an email to accounts and retentions and it wasn't even acknowledged.

What an unbelievable waste of time and money.

Do not host with these guys at all.
