Slow/Non - existent connection

I'm sorry Afrihost that I have to resort to this. I have been complaining about a slow internet speed less than 1mbps on the Fixed Wireless LTE ever since they changed our package. It basically does not work, I do not understand why they changed us over from a package that worked to one that simply doesn't. I have had a number of people to change settings on the router but we have not had any progress.
