Slowest Fiber Line!

I have had slow internet speed for over a week now! My 20mbps barely reaches 2mbps, this is frustrating as I am paying for a 20mbps line and getting an internet connection that connects to nothing! I contacted Vumatel who told me that my problem isn't theirs and I should rather make it Afrihosts!
