Slowest and Worst ISP so far
I recently thought lets migrate my new ADSL line from Telkom to Afrihost, biggest mistake ever!!! First few days I maybe got 3.4mbs out of it. The last few days I have been downloading at 5kb/s if i'm lucky. It took almost 10 hours for support to get back to me saying the network taking strain because people are updating there Apple device. How bad of an ISP are you that you can't handle that. I want some compensation for this poor service and paying for something that I am not getting. Anyone out there don't use Afrihost go either webafrica or stay with telkom, Afrihost support not that much better
