Slow wifi

Very disappointed with current speed of wifi from Afrihost, the problem has been going on for the past three weeks at least. When you call them you get a long-winded s****, including the fact that they're aware of the problem - which is great, but how about resolving the issue. Today was the worst as the only way I could get any page to load was to switch the ****le on and off, and this I had to do every 5 minutes or so. Phoning them doesn't help either since after listening to a computerised voice for a minute or more, you learn that you're number 18 in the queue - good luck trying to get an actual human to speak to. At this point I don't know what to do.
