Slow Wi-Fi and no help from support

My LTE Wi-Fi has been giving me problems for most of today and when I WhatsApp them they are not available. Emails are on automatic reply and no assistance received since I reported my issue earlier today, or am I being throttled even though my package is not uncapped because my speed is very slow, unlike the rest of the month. This is quite the disappointment.
