Slow, useless customer service

I contacted Afrihost customer service to update the phone number on my account. They upgraded security to two step verification without asking to verify my details. As a result, OTPs are going to a number I discontinued 8 years ago. I contacted them, they sent me all the info to verify my identity and then they disappear. In the meantime, when I asked to reset my password, I couldn't because of the same issue. Then I got an email saying the password was reset. I alerted them saying that this could be ***** as in fact I wasn't able to reset the password because I couldn't access the account, but obviously, they are not taking this seriously. All in all, pretty shocking service. I don't recommend anyone to sign up with them as they just do not do their job. Useleses!!!
