Slow turnaround time with fibre installation, lack of communication.

Worst service & No value/respect for customers. I Ordered fibre three weeks ago, have not received a call or any form of communication with regards to installation and they keep giving me dates which when they don’t deliver they don’t even bother to communicate.The keep on telling me that @Vumatel will contact me, but I have not received a call from them. It is frustrating for a first time customer installing fibre to make easy working from home and home schooling. I was warned of this ****r bad service but had a benefit of a doubt that they would deliver….

I would suggest staying as far away as possible when ordering Fibre through Afrihost. If this is the type of service you receive even before the Fibre is installed I do not see very good future prospects..

We are in the 4th week and still waiting installation ❌❌???
