SLOW TO NON-EXISTENT CONNECTION

Since we signed up with them for fibre we have had problems with our connection. Latest is they are buying mor internet availability, engineers busy working on underwater cables, engineers working in area to restore, but this has been going on for months. Nothing has been resolved. Our contract states NO THROTLING whilst we can clearly see how slow the lines get from 5 pm every day and how difficult it is to open a webpage. We battled to watch the Rugby World cup... serious delay in the connection. Streaming is super frustrating. Still, they are selling to prospective clients!!
