SLOW SPEEDS,TERRIBLE LATENCY AND NO FEEDBACK FROM ISP AFRIHOST\CELL C

I logged this call this morning at 10:25am, with absolutely no feedback or resolution. My speeds are literally unbearable. I got perfect speeds up to 25Mbps, to have later in the afternoon to get under 0,98Mbps. I expect nothing more than my issue to be resolved and positive responses from your technical team, and Do Not tell me to cancel and the service worked, the technical team to to stress\escalate the issue to Cell C (Not Rocket Science) and the mere fact that I could not have depleted/reached my monthly data limit. electrical appliances and physical obstructions in the line of sight between devices does not interfere with the signal such as microwave ovens, electrical fence, and other Wi-Fi access points on my premises.

In closing, please resolve my logged call. I guess that this will only be addressed on Monday, as nobody from Tech Support has even bothered to accept and troubleshoot my incident today. Be prepared for plenty excuses...........................
