SLOW SPEEDS ON MOBILE LTE LINE <1MBPS

In theses yimes, we are fully reliant on service providers. But the service providers do not feel the need to provide any service. As a customer of Afrihost, this is extremely frustrating. We pay and pay for service, but is not getting the service afrihost's promises.

For the last 2 weeks, im not able to get speeds greater than 1 Mbps, no matter the time. This is very frustrating especially seeing that i have a LTE connection and have tested the speeds at various times of day and night AFRIHOST IS NOT A FRACTION OF THE SPEEDS AS ADVERTISED. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEOVED ANY RESPONSE. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

1. Give me a reason why my internet speed is slow? 2. What have afrihost done to fix this? 3. How can these slow internet speeds be avoided, in future? 4. Why does afrihost not able to preempt things internet speeds and handle the issues more proactively? 5. Why did i not get a sooner response?

This is extremely frustrating. Afrihost is my service provider but IS NOT DELIVERING THE SERVICES IT PROMISES..
