Slow speeds and poor service

I have a 2mb unshapped capped account with afrihost.<br> I am supposed to get unshaped speeds of 220kps.<br> Every week without a doubt does my speed cap at 1mb line. I use ookla speed test app and check my download speeds.<br> I log a query online and sometimes it gets resolved if they restabilize my line or whatever they do, but then a week later the same problem persists.<br> Then the agent tells me I must do speed tests and send screen shots, why should I do anything. I pay you you fix it and make sure it never happens again.<br> I was seriously considering upgrading to a 10mb line with afrihost but if this is **** service and speeds I receive I am going to have to look at another isp.<br> also I see other people complaining about the same problem. So it must be something faulty from your side. My mother has uncapped 2mb with mweb she gets 220kps straight and she lives next door.<br> You guys seriously need to sort this out your marketing and false promises are going to catch up with you, my buddies have already changed to vox,<br> I wanna stay with afrihost because I like the mobile app and the idea behind it all, I just wish it was everything you guys promised.
