slow speed fibre internet from afrihost via tt connect

i have been fighting with afrihost for over 4 months with very slow speeds specially from 6pm at night i have 100mb line in the last 4 and a halfmonths i have been lucky to achieve 50mb speed on some occasions but i 2mb i get everynight from 6pm it been 1 excuse after the other today was the the last straw when i got an email from one of their consultants blaming my pc for the slow speeds my pc is 7 months old it is a Asus rog rogstrix x570 - f gaming pc it has an intel 9R01211 gigabitnetworkconnection transmission recieve /transmit 1000mb they they insult me by say my pc is the limiting factor on my internet speed so me i dont recommend afrihost even to my worst enemy they suck so bad on the service delivery they take my R1000 every month for 100mb line but only deliver at good times 50 amb and at night from 6pm it is 2mb idf i am lucky and they are just 1 excuse after the other
