Slow service

After being suspended my sim card I could not connect to the internet. Spoke to three customer consultants who said it would be connected after an hour. 24 hours later I am still not connected. You are better off with other service providers because this go-between will cost you your job if you rely on connectivity for work. It shouldnt take an hour to reconnect a customer. You cant even escalate your issue.
