SLOW RAIN LTE

I have a Rain LTE subscription with afrihost, they advertise that speed will be between 10mbps and 50mbps, I am getting speeds below 1 mbps in peak hours, their support team is useless. They sent me an email saying there is nothing they can do about it. I will never subscribe with afrihost again and will warn people about their false advertising.
