Slow LTE (rain)

After many attempts still no luck !!

I have a Afrihost LTE Rooter with a Rain LTE connection supp**** by Afrihost

It works during the Day if im not at home but when i return after work or over weekend it slows down to 0.10 KBS or nothing , And since getting the rooter this has been the results. Afrihost site shows full LTE at my house and after moving it about in the Yard i have the same results.

I have Contacted Support with NO improvement , They have contacted me after days with same results...

I have Phoned them, Emailed them a few times , and today i have Contacted them via Live chat and they have disconected the Chat..

And to complicate things they have problems working out my data usage , so what the Systems say and what the Webpage say is totally wrong, and they have admitted it.

I have Loaded More data because of a mail that say my data is finnished and loaded 20 GIG of data and within 1 min i used 5 GIG acourding to them, Only problem im not on the Rooter , Im at work, Phoned them and they say sorry problems on the server , I had 2 gigs left., But they where very fast to take the money for the Data of my account .

Im getting no joy out of Afrihost , the internet is so slow its unassable
