Slow internet service

I complained in Jan 2021 about the slow internet service. After help by a lovely consultant problem solved 2nd week of Feb. We having a better connection and the internet is cutting off but its bearable. Come beginning March we practically have no service. Internet is more off than on, feels like the line is being throttled. I'm fed up. I've been a client for a few years now but I think I have to look at alternative ISP providers. I don't think loyal clients that have affordable internet service are valued anymore, its all about the money.
