Slow Internet Connection Speeds (LTE)

Good day , since 16 october and my last 3 speed test attachments on 19 oct still no feedback and its new month but still i encounter slow speeds. Im really fed up with this internet connection and yesterday the new month started and only with 1 device connected i still experienced buffering. Its really not a pleasure anymore to ask for help each and every month regarding this slow speed and what is the use of having wifi if we must still buy cellular data for our phones cause we cant even use the wifi and stream our favourite programs on tv
