SLOW INTERNET / BAD SERVICE

First time in years that I have such terrible service from Afrihost.

On the 1st of October 2019 I logged a ticket on the slow internet speed that I was experiencing. Note that the internet is just being used for basic things: no downloads.

The speed dropped from 15mbps to 1mbps and this after months of it being on 15mbps... Afrihost refuses to respond to the issue.

Nothing has changed since I got the device in terms of location ect. Only the network speed that dropped.. and that on the start of a new month.
