Slow internet - appears they throttling normal browsing

<p>After numerous complaints to Afrihost, it appears that they do not seem committed in resolving an issue I am experiencing. At 23:00 every night the internet line that I have with them comes to a grind.. one can barely browse with most pages timing out. I have performed all the tests and checks on the line. During the day and at any other time of the day the line appears to perform normally. They have now informed me that I should change the package I am on to an uncapped package - which should not be the case as I am not even receiving the paid for service from Afrihost. The complaint reference is [#ZOY- ********** 2} and has been open since early/mid January. </p>
