Slow internet

Hi, been complaining about my slow internet for weeks now, still no fix, arranged for an agent to call back, 2 days now and still waiting, complained numerous times and nothing gets done. Chatted to numerous agents, different stories everytime and i`m still sitting with a dead fibre connection.
