Slow internet!
As I read the complaints, I just come to the conclusion that Afrihost is not what it used to be. I was advised about 2 years ago by friends to try out Afrihost. My sons play a lot online games and stream videos. At first it was a joy to connect through Afrihost. Later the connections started to become very slow, so we upgraded to a 4 Mb line. It was great for a while. Now we can't even have 2 pc's online at the same time. I am very disapointed with Afrihost. I had to make so many calls to the call centre, I stopped keeping count. Where in the past my call was attended to immediately, now i have to wait for up to 15 minutes for my call to be taken. Internet is so extremely low now, we keep on getting disconnected from game servers. I am going to cancel my subscription with Afrihost very soon if things don't improve.<br> I also tried the online help functions like \fix my line". Don't even bother"
