Slow fibre and buffering, useless customer service!

Guys..I am having so much trouble with Afrihost and Vumatel. Each one is pointing fingers at whose at fault and it's draining. Wouldn't recommend any of these providers to anyone.

I signed up for 200mbps with AFRIHOST and the slowness and buffering I am getting is ridiculous!

Their watsap line is just a joke, they never helped me with the slow connection and it's been 7days now, and I have been on the call and emailing them literally every single days to no help. Instead they keep telling me about stupid escalations etc..which don't even come close to solving the actual issue.

And that time Afrihost on the other hand is not stopping sending me emails demanding the prorata fee or else my subscription will be terminated, of which I don't mind because I never got any good service from them anyway;

Now I want to be reimbursed my money that I bought their router with cause it's not helping either just like the Vuma fibre box they installed , they both just a decoration.
