Slow Customer Service

I have app**** for a new fiber service via Afrihost on the 28th of Feb 2023, yet until today(8 March) I'm still waiting for a call from Vumatel to schedule an appointment with me. Ref: VC-***. It cannot possibly take this long to have an ONT installation scheduled, when the physical fiber is already available. Regards, From one unhappy potential customer.
