slow ass speeds from AFRIHOST

i have vuma reach fibre at my home . my internet service provider is AFRIHOST. for the first month everything was fine . after the middle of the next month i noticed i was being throttled. i have the 40mbps package. constant speed tests shows I'm getting half the speed . when i complain then it goes up . after 2 days it drops down again to below 30mbps. but I'm paying everymonth for 40mbps. AFRIHOST doesn't like to send complaints to vuma because it affects their customer satisfaction rating. they always give me bull**** about vuma not accepting ookla speed tests . i am really frustrated and annoyed with AFRIHOST. anyone wanting to connect fibre . don't waste your time with AFRIHOST. you will regret it. when you complain they blame vuma . when you complain to vuma they blame AFRIHOST. they play games with their customers.
