Slightly annoying top up experience

Hi,

I have been with you for a short while and have been happy with my connection. Of concern is, however, the slight buck passing by the legal department. Your new clients would think that you guys have their ID documents. But alas, you do not and this revelation happens at a critical time - when one is trying to top up.

Consider fixing this issue in advance to avoid frustration. This is critical for people like me who are buying something from you that can easily be offered by other ISP at the same price.
