Siyabonga K was no support at all !!!!!

Was not assisted my Siyabonga K, chatted to him on WhatsApp but he did not seem interested to help. I constantly had to go back and ask if he was still there. At the end of the chat he said that he would log a call with TT Connect as my line was now down. I asked for a Ref Number for the call that is logged to TT and he said it will be sms to be still waiting for the sms. Call was never logged!!!

Then got back on the chat with a new agent and he was able to assist and log the call and gave me the Ref number on the chat.

Siyabonga K was no support at all !!!!!
