Site builder doesn’t work properly

I have tried multiple times to get Afrihost to correct the issues I’m having with site builder. I have called 3 times, been on hold up to 17 mins, I have send an email to support hours ago, I tried the live chat it didn’t connect and I have messaged their Facebook page!!! The website seems to only function on some versions of windows and some search engines!!! I need my website to look and function as it does on the site builder preview... why have this function if it doesn’t work?? And no one gets back to me or solves the problem!!! So annoyed right now
