Site been offline for 3weeks with full payment made

<p>Afrihost my first business with you since January 2017 as a new person in the field trying to do my own thing you have disappointed me Afrihost with your service I can't work on my projects cause the site has been off for the past three weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since I 've joined you guys I was paying monthly fee of R39 and the past two 2 or 3 months I didn't as I was out and in the country...until I came back in July were my focus was to grow my small business...I payed the whole year fee R470 to avoid being disconnected starting from July 2017 even when you multiply July for 6 months it doesn't add to that amount it less than that...but still you decided to switch off the site...we have been trying to reach You even coming to your office nothing was done to resolve whatever is going on you kept on making empty promises without results.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I knew I wouldn't have come to Afrihost and do business ...I'm heartedly disappointed with your service.</p>
