Afrihost you are absolutely pathetic. On Tuesday signed up a new fibre account. Had Openserve install the system today, When Openserve asked for the login details from Afrihost, I could not get into my account. After trying for an hour, I was finally told that Afrihost had locked the account. To now at 17h00 on 21/4/2023, I still do not know the reason. When talking to staff, they do not even know what is going on, and keep sending you in circles. Is this how you treat new customers, you flipping *******. we know have a system we cannot use, due to the pathetic service shown by Afrihost. A more pathetic bunch I have not seen, and your reviews show just how ******* you are.
