Sim swap disaster

Since 2nd February I have app**** for a Sim swap and Sim card from Airmobile. I have contacted them numerous times. As each time they have told me something different. Either they have not received my info or they needed more info or that a specific department needs to approve it. It's the 7th March. A Sim card suppose to take 1-3days. It has taken a full month. And I have gotten no joy. I have lost so much business because of this.
