Sim not active after 2 months

Afrihost/Airmobibe has disappointed me in a way I was not expecting. It's close to impossible to do a SIM swap with them. I've been delivered a SIM card, but it's still not provisioned, and all I ever get told is that they will escalate the issue to Airmobile, but nothing gets resolved.
