SIM incorrectly blocked AGAIN!

Over the past month my fixed LTE router SIM has incorrectly been blocked on more than four occasions due to “location change” except as explained the router is at EXACTLY the same location as per the address registered on my Afrihost account! Every time this happens Afrihost costs me money as I then need to buy data to work. This is getting ridiculous!
