Sim card keeps getting recycled

I refuse to believe that no one can give me an answer as to why my sim card keeps getting recycled when I'm paying monthly payments for data and when it's connecting to towers. MTN blames Afrihost and Afrihost blames MTN and I just have to keep on buying sim cards. It's ridiculous. I mean if they have some sort of affiliation it would make sense for MTN to be able to know when an MTN sim connects to their tower even if it's through an Afrihost APN. It's common sense but no one wants to take responsibility.
