sim card inactive for 7 days

logging calls with no feedback. sim card inactive and they want to send someone to look at settings.

I'm sitting without internet and i'm doing online trading. I will take actions if I have a massive loss due due to service delivery.

Calls just get lost in a black hole. :-(
