Signup is a nightmare

Afrihost cannot sign me up for fibre services for 2 weeks and they have no other excuse but to ignore all my emails and bounce me around.i was a client but ever since i moved houses its been hell to get signed up.i have decided to leave afrihost as an isp.their consultants have been less than helpful but quick to take my money yet installation not done
